Is there any way to add detail to a plain mat without using a double mat?
Of coure. Our wizard is capable of adding custom detailing to your mat. We can add a v-groove in either a white or black core mat adding another layer of detail to your mat. We can also cut shapes or designs into your mat to compliment the subject of your artwork.

If I bring in mat board, can you cut the mat?
Unfortunately we will not cut outside mats. We take great pride in our quality and would take pleasure in cutting a mat for your project using our own materials.

Is there a standard size width for my mat?
No, we can cut your mat in any size width you'd like to accompany your frame design or personal taste. If you're unsure of how to design your mat, meet with our framer to discuss the best options for you.
